These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the 'Services') provided by Welcome Home LLC ('Welcome Home,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). Welcome Home LLC is not affiliated in any way with MrBeast.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or, if applicable, your parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

• Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the Services or servers
• Use the Services to violate applicable law or intellectual property rights

• Post misleading or fraudulent content

• Scrape or attempt to scrape information from our Services
• Attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques we employ

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Services, is the property of MrBeast or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services or the content therein, except as expressly authorized by us.

6. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Services may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

7. E-Commerce

We may make available certain merchandise for purchase through the Services. If you choose to purchase any merchandise:

• You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information
• You acknowledge that all product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change
• All sales are subject to our return and refund policies, which may vary by product

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRBEAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MrBeast, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your access to and use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in North Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate under the circumstances, such as by displaying a prominent notice on the Services or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, infringes on intellectual property rights, is fraudulent, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MrBeast regarding your use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of MrBeast.
